$100 initial permit fee + annual inspection fee by prior-year gross food sales: $0-250k = $100, $250k-500k = $150, $500k-750k = $200, $750k-1M = $250, $1M-1.25M = $300, $1.25M-1.5M = $350, $1.5M-1.75M = $400, $1.75M+ = $450. Total is never less than $200.

Statewide SCDA gross-sales schedule under Regulation 61-25; applies uniformly across SC counties. Inspection fee recalculated annually from gross sales.
