Food Establishment Health Permit (annual, by risk category)

$290 base annual + $3.72 per billable unit (seat) - PE 1003 Restaurant / PE 1000 Main Kitchen / PE 1009 Snack Bar / PE 1016 Drinking Establishment / PE 1017 Beer Bar all $290 base

Annual food establishment permit. SNHD Environmental Health Fee Schedule (Effective 07/01/2026) sets a fixed base plus a per-seat unit rate ($3.72). Banquet/special kitchens are priced by square footage ($768 <1,000 sf up to $1,799 >=10,000 sf). New permit cost = plan review + annual permit fee.

FPR - Restaurant $547 base + $3.25/unit (PE 5003); Minor Remodel $500; FPR Mobile Food Service $658; FPR Caterer $547; FPR Banquet/Special Kitchen $1,196-$2,791 by sq ft

Mobile Food Establishment Health Permit

$335/yr Mobile Food Service (PE 1083) or Self-Service Pre-Packaged Food Truck (PE 1081); Mobile Ice Cream/Candy $191 (PE 1086). Plus one-time plan review: FPR Mobile Food Service $658 (Self-Service truck $538)

Annual SNHD mobile food permit plus a one-time plan review (FPR). Amounts from SNHD EH Fee Schedule eff. 07/01/2026. All mobile vendors must operate from an approved commissary that holds a valid SNHD food establishment permit. In the City of Las Vegas, a city business license (LVMC 6.55) is also required.
