Food truck / mobile permit

Permit to Operate a Mobile Food Service Establishment (NYS Sanitary Code part 14-4.190(c))
Annual Fee: $225 (stated on the Monroe County mobile FSE application form).

Out-of-county mobile units must submit a Food Truck Event Checklist, an inspection report within 6 months, home-county compliance docs, and a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) number for approval before operating. Vendors operating in the City of Rochester also need a solicitor's license from the City Clerk's Licensing Office.
