AmGood AMGGT-70-35G — Carbon Steel Grease Trap, 35 GPM flow

The AmGood AMGGT-70-35G is a point-of-use commercial grease trap (grease interceptor) rated for 35 GPM of flow with 70 lb of grease capacity. It is built from heavy 11-gauge carbon steel. Inlet and outlet are 3″ no-hub connections. A flow-control fitting is included to hold the rated flow so grease separates properly. It installs indoors near the fixture — under a 3-compartment sink, dishmachine, or prep line — and should be cleaned before grease and solids reach about a quarter of the liquid depth. It is built to PDI G101.
