Hoshizaki IM-200BAK commercial ice machine

The Hoshizaki IM-200BAK is a commercial self-contained undercounter ice machine that makes cube ice, rated up to 150 lb of ice per 24 hours. Cube ice is the default for bars and restaurants — slow-melting and clear in drinks. That 150 lb/day figure is the AHRI rating (90°F air / 70°F water); real output runs lower in a hot kitchen, so size with headroom. It measures 39.5″ W × 23.6″ D × 33.5″ H with a built-in 75 lb storage bin. It is air-cooled — the simplest install, but it exhausts heat into the room and needs clearance. It is ENERGY STAR certified, NSF listed, wired for 115V. Manufacturer warranty: 3yr parts & labor; 5yr parts on compressor & condenser. Plan on a water filter — most manufacturers require it and hard water cuts production and machine life.
