The BK Resources VTTR-1896 is a 96″×18″ undershelf commercial stainless work table built with a 18-gauge 430 stainless top and a rear backsplash. The 18-gauge top is suited to light-to-medium and budget-conscious prep, and its 430 alloy trims cost for drier stations. An undershelf in galvanized adds a second surface for pans and smallwares.
