The BK Resources CVTR5-8424 is a 84″×24″ undershelf commercial stainless work table built with a 16-gauge 304 stainless top and a rear backsplash. The 16-gauge top is suited to daily high-volume commercial prep, and its 304 alloy resists corrosion near sinks and acidic foods. An undershelf in stainless adds a second surface for pans and smallwares. At 84″ wide it gives a long prep run that serves several cooks at once. It is NSF listed and backed by a 1 year warranty.
